Harvest & Winemaking
Handpicked grapes & manual selection, pre-maceration, maceration and fermentation process (temperature controlled) in Inox steel tanks. Aged in used french oak barrels for 12-15 months.
Wine Description
By eye: a clear, brilliant light ruby red, with dark reflections.
Nose: red ripe berries with a fine hint of clove, and a nice note of fried bacon
Palate: Sensation of Ripe and fresh red berry aromas.

Aceite the Ibiza Cas Coix
Our high quality organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – “Aceite de Ibiza – Cas Coix ” is a direct result of the selection of our olive trees and their careful maintenance, as well as the cold, slow, mechanical extraction process in the state-of-the-art oil mill, known as “Oli Eivissenc des Trull de Sant Joan SL” in Sant Joan de Labritja.
The early harvest of the olives maximises the content of polyphenols, which are good for our health and guarantee long shelf life.
In our fruity Extra Virgin Olive Oil, you will find and detect notes of local wild herbs and flowers, a slight bitterness, and a good pungency that testifies to the early harvest.

This wine is elaborated with the same method
from the same grapes than “Blacknose”, just
another name
Due to a missed deadline, we could not register the 2020
vintage with the geographical indication “Vino de la Tierra
Ibiza” and were restricted to “Vino de España”. Morever we
were constraint to use a totally different label.
For us this was the opportunity to create a new brand and
design a new label: Thus “Podenco Loco” was born. As the
Podenco is crazy, we dressed it up in a straight jacket!
